What will the recipient actually receive?
They’ll get our signature Euda gift box. Inside, the product you select is housed securely in its protective packaging, alongside a card with the unique QR code that unlocks their personal digital experience.
What is your returns policy?
The short version: we can refund our gift experience fee if the packaging is faulty, but we can't accept 'change of mind' returns on the Gold/Silver Asset itself due to live market pricing.
For the Gift Experience: In the unlikely event our gift box has a fault, just email our team with a photo within 14 days. If the fault qualifies, we’ll refund our £9.99 experience fee. No need to return the box. Refunds for are solely applicable to significant physical damage to the Gift Box (e.g., crushed corners, deep tears).
For the Gold/Silver Asset: Because the value of gold and silver changes every few seconds, we can't accept returns for a "change of mind". We can only accept a return if the asset itself is seriously damaged (e.g. a deep scratch, crack, or dent on the Asset itself, but not the protective casing). In the unlikely event that this occurs, please email us with a photo within 14 days. If the fault qualifies we'll sort a secure, insured return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it’s locked in. To get you the fair, live market price, we place a binding order with our partners the second you complete your purchase. This means we can't change or cancel it. Please double-check your order and personal message before checking out.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We aim to have your gift delivered within 3-5 working days. Here’s a simple breakdown of how it works:
- Processing (2-3 days): Because every gift is a real, valuable asset, we take a couple of days to carefully source your specific item and securely package it in our signature Euda gift box.
- Shipping (1 day): Once it's ready, we send it via Royal Mail's fully tracked, next-day delivery service.
You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our vault, so you can follow its journey. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
